Management Review
& Business Re-engineering

Locum prides itself on its ability to get to grips with the intricacies of a project’s underlying financial conditions and organisational structures. We have considerable experience of assisting large destination projects enduring difficulties and unravelling the financial, operational and organisational details of an ailing destination to develop strategies for reinvigoration. This work regularly takes place within a short time-frame and in pressured circumstances. Our outputs include detailed financial analysis, advice on remedial action, financial and organisational strategies and tactics for going forward.

Working to Boards, funders or key stakeholders, Locum seeks to give clear, incisive and well-balanced advice in a structured and pragmatic fashion. The accent is on action and forward thinking and the recognition that time is often of the essence. Locum works with the client to carry through advice and all necessary financial and structural change. We can also deliver Interim Management Services (see Organisational Change).
