Destination Strategy & Planning

Locum regularly works with multi-disciplinary teams to add value to the development framework and masterplanning process for regions, cities, towns and development sites. In particular we advise on the role that leisure and culture can play in attracting footfall, creating a unique 'sense of place' and branding a differentiated offer to the market. We also examine the potential of the visitor economy to add value to the development in terms of footfall, spend and economic impact.

In many cases Locum takes the lead consultant role, pulling together and managing multi-disciplinary teams on behalf of clients. In other cases we bring our specific skills and expertise to a team led by others.
