Concept and Product Development

The creation of successful destinations is the essence of Locum’s working vision. In support of this, Locum can deploy a team of specialists who are able to meet the needs of any prospective 'destination maker', be they in the public or private sector. We believe fundamentally that ‘form must follow function’ and all concept and product development proposals should, therefore, be market led. We excel in coming up with creative destination concepts and product offers for regeneration sites, historic buildings, visitor centres, sports stadia and retail destinations. In many cases Locum takes the role of lead consultant, pulling together and managing multi-disciplinary teams on behalf of clients. In other cases we bring our specific skills and expertise to a team led by others.
